Welcome back to a new year of computing club! This welcome contest will be the first of hopefully many contests that we will host this year on CBOJ.
We encourage all club members to participate in this contest regardless of their experience with competitive programming, and this contest can be written in a 2 hour window between October 15, 12:00 AM EDT to October 23, 11:59 PM EDT. This contest has 4 problems, ranging in difficulty from CCC J1 to S2. For reference, J1 usually requires knowledge of basic I/O and programming language knowledge while S2 also requires knowledge of complex algorithms like graph theory and dynamic programming (we will cover these later in the year).
The contest problems are now publicly visible on CBOJ. We encourage you to try and solve them! Thank you and happy new year!
Hi everyone!
I hope you have had a wonderful year so far! This contest is brought to you by none other than Nathan (NK) and will be a review of all the concepts we have covered so far.
We encourage all club members to participate in this contest regardless of their experience with competitive programming, and this contest can be written in a 2 hour window until December 31, 11:59 PM EDT. This contest has 5 problems, ranging in difficulty from CCC J1 to S2/S3. For reference, J1 usually requires knowledge of basic I/O and programming language knowledge while S2/S3 require knowledge of complex algorithms like graph theory and dynamic programming (one of which we have already covered).
The contest problems are now publicly visible on CBOJ. We encourage you to try and solve them! Thank you again and we hope you enjoyed the problems!
